Dr. Steven W. Bell serves as the Senior Pastor of All Nations Community Church, where his vision is to foster a Kingdom community where lives are radically transformed by Christ. With over 20 years of pastoral leadership and counseling experience, he is committed to the philosophy that "Life is better in community."
Dr. Bell holds a Bachelor of Science in Leadership and Ministry from Central Baptist College, graduating Magna Cum Laude. He earned his Master of Divinity from Memphis Theological Seminary and was conferred the Doctor of Ministry in Pastoral Counseling from Liberty University in February 2025.
A trailblazer in ministry, Dr. Bell was the first African American elected as Vice President of the Arkansas Baptist State Convention in 2015. He also served as a Church Planting Strategist, equipping leaders and planting churches across urban areas in Arkansas. His ministry journey includes serving as a Senior Pastor, chaplain, and advocate for spiritual and emotional health.
Beyond the pulpit, Dr. Bell has a deep passion for mentorship and community service. He has volunteered with Habitat for Humanity, Big Brothers, and served on various boards. Notably, he served as Chairman of the Board for Exalt Academy of Southwest Little Rock and was a member of the Police and Clergy Alliance. His life verse is Proverbs 9:10: "The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom."
Dr. Bell has been joyfully married to his high school best friend, Joycelyn Bell. Together, they are raising three wonderful children: Noah, Olivia, and Robinson. With a passion for healing and restoration, Dr. Bell continues to inspire and guide others toward spiritual, emotional, and relational wholeness.
