Participation
The Advocate Food Farmacy affords members of the program the opportunity to receive fresh produce and proteins twice a month.
To participate, you must be an Advocate patient who has a chronic health condition or is experiencing food insecurity.

Unfortunately, you cannot register at the distribution site. Participants must register no later than the Friday before the distribution date. After doing so, you will receive a call from Advocate confirming your registration.
