Follow Jesus
“All of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ.” (Galatians 3:27, CEB)
Who He Is
Jesus Christ is the Son of God who came into the world to save humanity from sin. Through His death on the cross and His resurrection, He made a way for all people to be reconciled with God. Salvation is a gift of grace, received by faith in Him, not earned by works. Whoever believes in Him is forgiven, renewed, and given eternal life.
Why It Matters
No matter your past or present, Jesus offers you a new beginning. He took upon Himself the burden of sin so that you could be free. By turning to Him in faith, you receive forgiveness, peace with God, and the assurance of eternal life. Salvation is not about perfection—it’s about trusting in the One who is perfect.
God loves you deeply—more than you may realize. No matter your past, your struggles, or where you are right now, His love hasn’t changed. The Bible teaches that all of us have fallen short, and that sin separates us from God. But God didn’t leave us there.
He sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to bridge that gap.
Jesus lived a perfect life and willingly gave Himself as a sacrifice on the cross, taking the penalty for our sins. Three days later, He rose again, defeating death and making a way for us to have new life. Because of what He did, forgiveness is available—not earned, but freely given.
Salvation is not about being “good enough.” It’s about trusting in Jesus.
If you believe that Jesus is Lord, that He died for you and rose again, and you’re willing to turn your heart toward Him, you can receive that gift today. It’s the beginning of a restored relationship with God—one filled with grace, purpose, and eternal hope.
You can express that faith in a simple prayer like this:
“Jesus, I believe You are the Son of God. I believe You died for my sins and rose again. I ask You to forgive me, to come into my life, and to make me new. I place my trust in You and choose to follow You. Thank You for saving me. Amen.”
The next step is simply to begin walking with Him—through prayer,
reading Scripture, and connecting with others who follow Christ.
