About Us

Our Identity and Purpose

Originally founded in 1911 in Auburn Park, Chicago, our church has been blessed with tremendous growth, requiring relocation several times until settling in Homewood in 1973.

At All Nations Community Church the diversity of the international people of God is evident through the presence and contributions of people from various ethnic, educational, economic and religious backgrounds. Yet at the heart of this community stands one vision: to experience, cultivate and demonstrate the presence of God in every aspect of our lives. We are determined, in accordance with Scripture and the leadership of the Holy Spirit, to bear the image of Jesus by becoming a people of power, love, worship, holiness, integrity and destiny.

As we make disciples, the Truth that is in Jesus liberates those who are held captive by doubt, fear, disease and deception. Sinful and broken people become new creations - healed, filled, and given new purpose by the power of the gospel. The patterns of this world are revolutionized by the principles and presence of the Kingdom of God, working in the hearts and lives of people.

We invite you to join us as we worship and honor the Lord Jesus with our lives, carrying our cross and following Him with devotion, anticipation and fullness of joy!

What We Believe

We Believe...

The Bible is the only inspired, infallible, and authoritative written Word of God.

There is one God eternally existent in three persons: God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit.

The deity of our Lord Jesus Christ is recognized in His virgin birth, sinless life, miracles, vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, bodily resurrection, and ascension to the right hand of the Father.

Salvation from sin comes through repentance and faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.

Water baptism follows salvation and identifies believers with the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Jesus Christ provides healing of sickness and disease through the prayer of faith.

Baptism in the Holy Spirit is promised to believers according to Acts 2:39.

The church is a body of believers who assemble to worship and fulfill the commands of the Scriptures.

Our “blessed hope” is the personal return of Jesus Christ for His church, the bodily resurrection of all believers, and His eternal reign in power and glory.
